You can access a whole lot of information on this app, and its fantastic! One thing I would love to see is the ability to sign in to the app with Touch ID for iPhone. It would definitely help to answer tough technical questions on the spot without looking distracted from the customer.

Every time I open this app and enter passwords it crashes.

Unable to get it to open. Just returns to the phone app screens.

I work for a Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership and use this app daily for inventory checks, towing capacity, and locating vehicles. Thank you very much for such a useful tool! • Like the iPad app, if you could find a way to include access to invoice, holdback, etc., it would be much appreciated because it currently only shows MSRP for price inquiry. • PLEASE FIX: Sending email price quote during locate does not work. It crashes every time I click on "Email". Otherwise, great app guys! I will mark 5 stars as soon as those things are fixed!

Easy to use, improved design and all the info I need at the tap of a finger. Keeps getting better with every update :)

Great app. Obviously have a lot of improvements that could be made but other than that its a five star app. Im making the old timers look more obsolete every day

I enter my FamilyFirst password and cant get in. What do I have to do?

Great app except for the fact that you always have to log back in. Allow this app to stay logged in and it would be used more and it would have 5 stars.

Have to log in every time you use the app. Also, it crashes all the time.

This app would be great if I didnt have to keep logging in. Add the option since this app is not personal info sensitive.

Tracking doesnt work on iPhone 6, now I cant get my sfe

This app actually has a lot of nice features but a huge flaw in logging you out. Few customers like standing around waiting for you to fumble with your phone while doing reverse two look up etc. if it kept you logged on it would be fast and easy.Logging in adds time to everything and time is valuable thing to waste.

So, in regards to this issue.. I really hope we dont get dinged for this and lose our GM money. I know they want to make another way to justify lessening the amount of money we get paid but if youre going to forcefully do something then make sure it works. Thanks!

This app is a waste of our time, half the time it doesnt work. I dont believe Ive had one time since we were required to use this app that Ive actually used it. I log in and log out the 5 times and thats all I use it for.

It is extremely frustrating that we must login to maintain our MOE or SFE qualifiers, and the app is not working. Every time I login, the app crashes and I must use a different method to get the information I need.

So on the General Motors bonus plan we get paid for logging into this app for so many times per month. Unfortunately the entire month of October I havent been able to login more than twice because the app crashes every time I try to login.
