Having issues with the application

So on the General Motors bonus plan we get paid for logging into this app for so many times per month. Unfortunately the entire month of October I havent been able to login more than twice because the app crashes every time I try to login. Can someone please fix this issue so I can get credit for my bonus for my GM money. Thank you
