Crashes wont open!

I ha e an iPhone 6 Plus and this app STILL wont open. Once I log in, it crashes. Been this way since 8/5. Please fix!!

Crashes, havent been able to login since I got this new phone. Had 5s, got the new 6S Plus. Crashes every time. Glad I have to login to this app to get paid. Thanks a lot GM.

If you have problems with App, you must delete app and reinstall . This worked so far.

Cannot log in now, now it says I tried too many times I am locked out, really, when it works its okay not very much up to to date, but its okay

I have been told i didnt log in enough times i use the app everyday and lets them steal 1500 of my money perfect csi certified what a horrible thing to do to your employees shame on you gm

Useless app, we are forced to use

If this app made since GM wouldnt have to force us to use it. If you switch to opine 6 you have to re install the app to make it work. But this app is the brainchild of a college educated idiot that doesnt understand the car business. And again if it was useful why would we be threatened and bribed into using it.

Barely functional before, doesnt launch now.

Heres a free tip to GM: if you have to PENALIZE individuals to force them to use your app, then youre doing it wrong! Hire a competent firm to write the app, and people wouldnt need any other incentive to use it! Having to type in the full username and password every time is incredibly annoying when every other app on my phone allows me to login with only TouchID, a pin, or at worst a password only. THEN -- I havent been able to get this app to launch at all since I upgraded to 6s. This is the only app I use that did not update their code by launch day, and you still havent fixed it months later. GM should be ripping up their contract with this developer, citing the unbelievable incompetence and negligence since launch. The app developers themselves should stick to making apps of less consequence, less they go on to cost other workers thousands of dollars of their hard-earned money.

Generally have to go back to a much earlier input screen to change search or inquiry info. Info isnt always up to date I also hate having to log in every time I use it.

Horrible

Lost 4K because of this stupid app. You are forced to use it or they wont pay you the money you work hard to earn for your family. Thanks GM!

I love my job in sales and appreciate you approving the launch of this app and I understand that reputation manage is extremely important along with CSI and product knowledge. The past two years I have made over 20k with the SFE money and have to decided to purchase a home. Now with new restriction I could loose thousands still having qualifying CSI scores. I still plan to sell more cars but why are you making it harder for the people that are the face of your product to get the bonus for selling your product. I appreciate the bonus and appreciate the mark of excellence award I dont want to leave my dealership nor do I want to leave GM the product is awesome. Why are you making it harder on us and I know I speak for the majority that are making a career in sales.
